Bibliothèque de Laval

We built an experimental web application for Bibliothèque de Laval designed to help users discover the library's diverse services. Through a Tinder-style swipe interface, users express their interest in various activities—from borrowing books and exploring new technologies to renting telescope equipment and accessing digital resources. Based on their preferences, the app recommends additional services they might enjoy. Available on desktop, mobile, and digital kiosks installed in partnership with another company, this platform also provides the library with valuable analytics about user interests.

We completely rebuilt HotellerieJobs from the ground up—a major platform migration for one of Montreal's leading job boards in the restaurant and hotel industry. The challenge was achieving full feature parity: everything had to work from day one with no room for incremental deployment. Applicants create detailed profiles with their experience, while employers post jobs for their various staffing needs. The platform also features API automations that import jobs from external sources, serving thousands of users monthly. AI agents played a significant role in accelerating development, and we continue to scale and enhance the platform post-launch.
